The Master Agreement contains the terms and conditions of employment for all full time and adjunct professional employees including faculty, counselors, librarians, and department chairpersons as negotiated by the Hutchinson Community College Board of Trustees and the Hutchinson National Faculty Association.   Agreed upon amendments resulting from such negotiations shall take effect on the following July 1 of the year in which agreed amendments are negotiated or as such other times as may be mutually agreeable to the parties.  The following link contains the current additions, amendments and corrections to the Agreement: Master Agreement
