Requesting Keys

EMPLOYEES THAT NEED TO REQUEST A KEY/S

  1. Complete the request form (PDF form)
  2. Requester emails the request form to their department head while carbon copying their Vice President
  3. Department head will create a work order using SchoolDude
    1. SchoolDude will track and email the department head for every status change (highlighted areas indicates those changes).
  4. Facilities will assign the work order.
  5. Locksmith will:
    1. Create key/s
    2. Deliver key/s to the facilities office
    3. Complete the work order
    4. Email the requester where to pick up their keys.
  6. Facilities will close the work order
  7. Requester will show their employee ID
  8. Requester will sign the key agreement and receive their key
